We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rewardrobe. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your watch, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The request for a refund must be initiated within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

We kindly request our watch strap clients to exercise caution to prevent the edges of their new straps from rubbing against the case, as this may potentially cause damage in some cases.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or cancellation, please visit your Orders page in your account on our website. You can also contact our customer support team at contact.rewardrobe@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, deducting any incurred shipping costs. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Watches that have been altered, modified, or customized.
  • Items damaged or showing signs of wear and tear due to mishandling or negligence.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items missing any supplied paperwork or accessories.

Waterproofing, Timekeeping, and Condition

Please note that we do not guarantee the waterproofing or water resistance of our vintage watches. Vintage watches, by their very nature, cannot be guaranteed to maintain a specific rate of timekeeping. This depends on various factors including age, quality of the movement, and positional and temporal conditions of use. We provide information on the condition of each watch to the best of our knowledge, but please understand that vintage watches may exhibit variations in timekeeping accuracy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This period includes weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and visit your Orders page to initiate a return or cancellation directly. Alternatively, you may contact us at contact.rewardrobe@gmail.com.

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
